- Is it mandatory to create a customer account?

Your account allows you to track your order online, view your purchase history, manage your delivery and billing addresses, and finally change your newsletter subscriptions.

- I am an individual, can I order on your site?

If you are an individual or an association you can create an account as an individual, your status will be asked at the time of creating your account.

- What if the desired product is not in stock?

We have more than 1000 references in stock, if one of your products runs out, you will receive an email from us to tell you the time frame. We can also offer you an alternative to the product ordered.

- How do I change my order?

You can change your order before it is shipped, so just contact us and we can change your order subject to product availability.

- How do I cancel your order?

- Can you send samples?

You can apply by email or phone for less than 9 euros HT. The product will be mailed to you.

- How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order by credit card but also by cheque, transfer or administrative mandate. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

- Can you send me a quote?

To make a quote, simply create your customer account, add the desired products to your shopping cart and then select the "quote" payment method. To validate this quote, you can go to your order history and click "order again."

- What is the delivery time?

Delivery to France metropolis takes place in 48-72 hours depending on the availability of the stock. See also the page Delivery

- How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery address, to find out the price of the postage, you can click "ask for a quote". The shipping costs are French from 450 euros HT.

- How do I track my delivery?

When your package is shipped, you will receive your tracking number, so you can log on to the carrier's website and track your package. If there is a delivery problem, please contact us

- I was wrong in my order, can I return the product to you?

- The product has arrived damaged or it is not the product I ordered, what should I do?

In the case of a return for equipment defects, delivery errors (e.g. ref products...), or damage found at unpacking in the presence of the carrier and reservations taken and mentioned on the delivery voucher, the return costs are entirely at Etiq's expense. In all cases, the return must have received Etiq's agreement beforehand.

- I didn't receive my bill, is that normal?
