I made a mistake in my order, can I return the product?
In the case of a return at the initiative of the customer, the return costs are paid by the customer. For more information, see our T & Cs.
The product is damaged or it is not the product I ordered, what should I do?
In the event of a return due to material defect, delivery error (eg: product ref ...), or damage observed on unpacking in the presence of the carrier and reservations taken and mentioned on the delivery note, the return costs are in full payable by Etiq. In all cases, the return must have previously received the agreement of Etiq.

Delivery in France is made within 48-72 hours depending on stock availability. See also the delivery page
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package and the delivery address, to know the price of the shipping costs, you can click on "request a quote". Shipping costs are free from 450 € without taxes
How can I track my delivery?
When your package is shipped, you will receive your tracking number, so you can connect to the carrier's website and track your package. If you have a delivery problem, do not hesitate to contact us

Can you send samples?
You can make your request by email or by phone. For an amount less than 9 €, the product will be sent to you by post.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by credit card but also by check, transfer. Your order will be shipped after receiving the payment.

Invoices and Quotes
I haven't received my invoice, is this normal?
Your invoice will be sent to you by email when your order is shipped. Check your junk mailbox if you haven't received it.
Can you send me a quote ?
To establish a quote, all you have to do is create your customer account, add the desired products to your basket and then select the “quote” payment method. To validate this quote, you can go to your order history and click on "order again".
